These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Golden 777 Charms ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Golden 777 Charms mobile application and related materials (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Nature of the Service
The Service is a free, single-player collection game. There is no real money, no purchases, no wagering, no bets, no real-money payouts, no chip counts, no cash prizes, and no links to real gambling sites. The charms, coins, sparks, and jackpot icons inside the Service are decorative collectible artwork only — nothing inside the Service has cash value. The Lucky Star is the Triple Luck cells' wild — a glossy gold five-point star, not a slot reel symbol. The Service does not include reel strips, payline mechanics, or any wager input surface. All artwork is hand-illustrated; no real-world brands, athletes, venues, or trademarks are depicted.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
- Misrepresent the Service as a real-money betting product, gambling product, or as affiliated with any casino, operator, broadcaster, or real-world brand.
6. Content & Local Storage
Game state created within the Service (your charm collection, fusion progress, daily streak, Winning Streak rank, journal entries, and energy balance) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or back up that content. You are solely responsible for backing up your own data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its visual identity, hand-styled charm illustrations, display typography, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, AppsFlyer, OneSignal). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Charm names, family flavor, and commentary copy inside the Service are decorative entertainment text; they are not advice, predictions, or factual claims of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden 777 Charms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.
