Why We Wrote This
You should always know what data the App looks at, why, and how to switch it off. This page is our plain-language commitment to that. It covers the Golden 777 Charms Android application (the "App") and the companion website at seven0057.com. "We," "our," and "us" mean Golden 777 Charms. By installing or using the App you agree to what's below.
Reality check on the App itself: this is a free, single-player collection game built around a 5-segment Lucky Spinner, three Triple Luck cells, and twenty-five hand-styled lucky charms across five families. No real money. No purchases. No wagering, no bets, no payouts, no chip counts, no cash prizes. No links to real gambling sites. The Lucky Star is the Triple Luck cells' wild — a glossy gold five-point star, not a slot reel symbol. All charm artwork is hand-illustrated; no real-world brands, athletes, venues, or trademarks are depicted.
What Choices Do You Have, Right Now?
Can I stop the App from collecting an advertising identifier?
Yes. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and tap Delete advertising ID (older Android: Reset advertising ID). Once deleted, the App can no longer read it — install attribution falls back to less precise signals.
Can I turn off push notifications?
Of course. The App asks the first time it wants to send one (Android 13+); you can say no there, or flip the switch later under your device's app settings for Golden 777 Charms. If you say no, we don't generate a subscription and we don't send anything. You can also opt in or out of energy-full pings and a single 21:00 streak-warning channel from the in-app Settings screen.
How do I wipe everything?
Clear app data in your device settings, or uninstall the App. Both remove the anonymous identifier, your charm collection, your fusion progress, your Winning Streak rank, your journal entries, and any cookies the built-in browser had cached. The hall lights go out and you start fresh.
What about GDPR, CCPA, and friends?
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — access, correction, portability, deletion, or opting out of "sale" / "sharing" of your information. To exercise any of these, write to us at the privacy address near the bottom of this page.
What Does The App Actually Collect?
Short list. Anything not below is not collected — we are not snooping through your gallery, contacts, or location. The App requests no camera, microphone, location, or contacts permissions.
What gets collected automatically?
- Anonymous installation identifier. On first launch the App generates a random ID and stores it on your device. It's tied to this one install, not to you. Shared with the partners listed below so the same install doesn't get counted twice. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes it for good.
- User identifier. A second random ID the App uses internally to keep your game state (charm collection, fusion progress, streak, rank, journal entries) consistent. Not linked to your name or email. Same lifecycle as above.
- Device language and region. So the App and any notifications show up in the right language. Nothing more granular — we don't read your precise locale settings, location, or anything else here.
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID). A resettable ID managed by Google Play Services. The App reads it so we can tell which advertising campaign (if any) brought you to the Play Store listing. You can reset or delete it at any time (see above).
- Install attribution data. Working alongside the advertising identifier: the source the install was attributed to (organic, or the name of an ad network), the campaign name, and the Google Play install referrer string. This is how we measure which ads are pulling their weight.
- Push notification subscription identifier. If you allow notifications, our delivery partner OneSignal generates a unique subscription identifier for your device so it can route messages to it. It's tied to the installation, not to you personally. OneSignal also receives the underlying low-level device push token internally — the App itself never reads it.
- Baseline device information. Our partners receive basic device data (device model, operating system version, app version, timezone, carrier, and an IP-derived country) as part of standard functionality — needed for attribution and notification delivery to work correctly.
What stays on your device only?
Pretty much everything you do inside the App. Your charm collection, your fusion progress, your daily streak, your Winning Streak rank, your journal entries, and your energy balance — all saved to local storage on your device. None of it is transmitted to our servers or shared with our partners. If you uninstall, it's gone. The App is fully offline for gameplay — no live scores, no live odds, no third-party APIs touched at play time.
Does the built-in browser do anything sneaky?
No. The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page directly inside the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage like any normal browser would — those are set and managed by the websites you load inside it, not by the App itself. Any website you open through the built-in browser operates under its own privacy practices. Clearing app data also clears the browser's cookies and local storage.
What if I write to support — what do you see then?
The App's Support page (rendered inside the built-in browser) lets you write to us directly. When you submit a request, you choose what to provide:
- Your name and email address
- An optional subject line
- A description of your question or the issue
- An optional file attachment — through your device's file picker you can take a photo or video with your device's built-in camera, or choose an existing file (a screenshot, image, or document)
This is submitted only when you choose to hit send, and is used solely to respond to you. The App itself does not request camera, microphone, or location permissions — if you take a photo or video for the attachment, the system's built-in camera app handles that independently and manages its own permissions.
Why Are You Collecting It?
For the reasons spelled out next to each item above: to run the App and keep it in your language; to attribute installs and measure our advertising so we know which campaigns to keep paying for; to deliver the push notifications you've opted into; to respond when you write to support; and to comply with the law when we're legally required to. We do not build advertising profiles, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell your information. That's a full list, not a sample.
Who Else Sees It?
We do not sell your information. The advertising identifier, attribution data, anonymous installation identifier, user identifier, and push notification subscription identifier are shared with the partners below so they can do the specific job we describe. Each partner operates under its own privacy policy — click through if you want the full picture.
- AppsFlyer — install attribution and advertising measurement. AppsFlyer also collects baseline device data (device model, operating system version, IP address) as part of its standard functionality.
- OneSignal — push notification delivery. OneSignal collects baseline device data (device model, OS version, carrier, app version, timezone, country derived from IP) when your device registers for notifications.
- Google Play Services — manages the Google Advertising ID and the Google Play install referrer on your device.
We may also disclose information when required by law, by court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users and third parties. Information processed by these partners may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own; we rely on the contractual safeguards required by applicable law to keep it protected.
How Long Is It Kept?
On your device. The anonymous identifier, user identifier, charm collection, fusion progress, streak, rank, and journal entries stay until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
With our partners. The advertising identifier, attribution data, and push notification subscription identifier are managed by AppsFlyer, Google Play Services, and OneSignal respectively, on their own retention schedules — see their privacy policies linked above. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue you wrote about, and is then deleted.
Is My Data Safe In Transit?
Information that leaves your device travels over HTTPS/TLS and is held by our partners under their own technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply the same care to your data that we'd want for our own.
Is This App For Kids?
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) and is not directed at younger children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Will This Policy Ever Change?
Maybe. If we change anything material, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you're cool with the revised policy — check back occasionally if that matters to you.
How Do I Reach You?
